Rock Solid Projects Group - a private corporation, founded in 1994 in Israel. Companies included in its composition are engaged in designing, manufacturing, construction and reconstruction of industrial, civil   and agricultural buildings. The work of all enterprises is based on general principles of activity and unified technical policy.

Based in Israel and America, Rock Solid Projects Group provides a full cycle of research, development works, general contractor construction and commissioning work at the facilities of industrial, civil and    agricultural purposes, and performs maintenance, reconstruction and overhaul repair of existing enterprises. The corporation employs highly qualified engineers and professionals whose knowledge and skills are confirmed by academic degrees and titles, which allowed Rock Solid Projects Group to gain credibility and a reputation as a stable and reliable partner. Today, the corporation employs more than 450 people who from 2001 to 2014 completed work on more than 180 major contracts of industrial, civil and agricultural projects.

Corporation is headed by Vladimir Feldman, a civil engineer with extensive experience in Soviet Union, Israel and United States. Mr. Feldman is a licensed professional contractor in United States and Israel.

With more than 36 years of experience at all levels around the world, Mr Feldman has accumulated extensive knowledge in all aspects of the construction industry.

Daniel Feldman Vice President, Chief Technology Officer - Daniel received his Master’s degree in engineering from Texas Tech University, and Master of Business Administration from New York Pace University;

Gabriel Feldman Vice President, Chief Financial Officer - Gabriel received his Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Washington State University and Master of Business Administration from New York Pace University;

Michelle Feldman Vice President, Chief Science Officer - Michelle received her Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from Washington State University and her Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland, College of Engineering;

Dylan Feldman Vice President, Chief Knowledge Officer - Dylan received his Ph.D. in engineering and applied sciences from Harvard University;

Natalia Odinokova Head of the Department of Marketing and Advertising -Natalia received her B.Sc. in Economics and Management  from the University of Bristol;

Ilan Mizrahi  Project Manager, industrial and agriculture construction. He has a B.Sc. in Engineering from theTechnion Israel Institute of Technology  in Haifa;

Leo Drass - Project Manager, industrial construction. Leo received his B.Sc. in Engineering and Management from the Technion in Haifa;

Amos Patoka - Mechanical Engineer, agriculture construction. Amos received his B.Sc. in Engineering from the Technion in Haifa;

Andrew Arnold - Architect. Andrew received his B.Arch. in Architecture from Technion Israel Institute of Technology  in Haifa;

Nancy Bolieiro - Chief Accountant. Nancy holds B.Sc. in Accounting from City University of New York;

Freddy Lapid - Service Coordinator. Freddy received his M.Sc.in biotechnology from Hebrew University’s Faculty of Agriculture in Jerusalem;

Tim Altobell - Engineering Manager. Tim received his B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology  in Haifa;

Zvika Krieger - Technical Manager. Zvika holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology  in Haifa;

Sandra Frank - Human Resources Manager. Sandra received her Bachelor of Arts from Emerson College;
 
Michael Haydar - Project Manager, agriculture construction. He has a B.Sc. in Engineering from theTechnion Israel Institute of Technology  in Haifa;

Matt Backer - Agricultural economist. Matt received his M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics and Management from Hebrew University’s Faculty of Agriculture in Jerusalem. Matt has extensive experience in preparing feasibility studies and business plans, including submittal to banks and international tenders;

Arnon Edelstein - Peat, organic fertilizer and growth substrate manager. Arnon holds a M.Sc. from Hebrew University’s Faculty of Agriculture in Jerusalem;

Aharon Keshales - Project Manager. Aharon received his M.Sc. and MBA from Hebrew University’s Faculty of Agriculture in Jerusalem. Aharon plans and manages projects involving beef and dairy cattle, poultry farms for layers and pullets, raising sheep, raising pigs and other livestock;

Alan Backer- Project Manager. Alan received his Master’s degree in Aquaculture from Kentucky State University;

Doron Zilbershtein - Engineer. Doron plans integrative agricultural projects. He has a B.Sc. from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology  in Haifa; . Doron plans, oversees and sets up integrative agricultural projects involving greenhouses, irrigation, water reservoirs, pumping stations, roads, drainage canals, packing houses, electricity, agricultural automation;
